Urgent | Branch Manager

Hi,

We are looking out for Branch Manager at one of the TOP BANK for Gurgaon Location

Below are the said Criteria

Branch Manager Hiring Criterias:

Current CTC drawn must 12 Lakhs and above

Total Experience must be more than 10 years in Banking Retail

Required Book Size: GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 500cr + (Anything below will not be considered). If his current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be mentioned along with the org name.

Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years.

The candidate should not be out of a job unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.

Age of the candidate: 40 Years Max

We do not hire candidates from small sized banks. If they have worked previously in a bigger brand, the reason for change to a small sized bank should be genuine.

Education Qualification: Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA
