Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and strategies, with expertise in surveillance systems, including CCTV. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing effective measures to mitigate losses.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to safeguard company assets.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the organization.
Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, or other losses, collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
Analyze data related to loss incidents to identify trends and develop actionable plans for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and present findings to senior management.
Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field, with a strong understanding of loss prevention techniques.
Proficiency in surveillance technologies, particularly CCTV systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
