Job Overview

Trane Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Refrigeration Trainer to join our team. As a Transport Refrigeration Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our dealers and customers on the operation and maintenance of our transport refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive training programs to our dealers and customers on the operation and maintenance of our transport refrigeration units.
• Collaborate with our sales and service teams to identify customer needs and develop targeted training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments and incorporate this knowledge into our training programs.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
• BE degree/ mechanical / Electrical / Automobile engineering with strong academics.
• 3-5 Years of Industry Experience.
• Experience in Transport refrigeration and Automobile is an added advantage.
• Knowing additional languages is added advantage (Europe Region).
