Job Description

The Analyst supports the IP team by conducting preliminary administrative searches of public databases for potential trademark conflicts. Responsibilities include documenting search results, compiling evidence of prior usage, and preparing detailed summary reports for the IP attorney. Extreme attention to detail and patience for long hours of research are required. A background in Law (LLB) or strong clerical/research experience is preferred.
