About The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to support the existing Store Managers in all aspects of the stores, ensuring high level quality service to customers. The role will include:

Communicating with the Operations team to ensure delivery runs are planned using the most efficient routes
Assist with job make up, forklifts and truck drivers
Liaising with customers and stake holders
Assist with managing receivables, stock control and purchasing
Accurate order entry and professional customer service
Support Store Manager to plan, communicate and meet daily targets
Continuous process improvement to gain maximum operational efficiencies
Monitoring of stock levels
Attend and participate in toolbox and daily pre-start meetings

What we are looking for:

Retail or Trade experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
Strong customer service skills. A friendly approach with a tidy appearance is a must
Personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and motivated individual looking to work as part of team
Familiar with basic computer operations
WA Drivers Licence and Forklift licence will be highly regarded
