Job Description:

● Manage ticketing queues

● New issuance

● Reissues

● EMD fulfillment

● Fare rule interpretation

● Error reporting

● Contact airlines and providers for different issues

Requirements:

● Excellent in problem-solving

● Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

● Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented

● Good attention to detail

● Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills

● Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)

● Ability to manage change and work under pressure

● Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on

any updates.

● Advanced skills in additional GDS, Sabre, and/or Galileo

Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
