The Be-In Initiative is hiring: Event Planner/Coordinator in Boston

Someone who can handle the logistics and planning of the Be-In Joy Boston event (November 2nd, 2026, on Boston Common) ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of. Responsible for organizing everything from schedules to on-the-ground volunteers.

Too often, fear, anger, greed, and division dominate, but imagine a world where we replace those with understanding, love, generosity, and unity.

That’s the vision behind the Be-In Joy event—to create a shift in the way we approach life and each other, starting with a single day filled with connection, kindness, and joy. We believe that changing attitudes can change the world, and this event is a chance to show how a moment of joy can ripple outward, replacing negativity with hope and unity.

Our goal is to spread this movement globally—to inspire regular gatherings that normalize compassion and connection, happening in cities everywhere. But it has to start somewhere, and that’s what Be-In Joy Boston is—a spark, the beginning of something powerful.
