Job Description: Territory Sales Executive – FMCG

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, building relationships with retailers, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring our products are well-represented and readily available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Achievement:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.

2. Market Execution:

Ensure optimal distribution and display of products in retail outlets.

Execute promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and marketing activities.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

4. Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the territory.

Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and opportunities.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and daily activities.

Submit regular sales and territory performance reports.

6. Stock and Inventory Management:

Ensure proper stock levels are maintained in retail outlets and distributor warehouses.

Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage or damages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

• Performance bonus
