Job Duties
1.Customer Assistance:
- Provide assistance and support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions.
2. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Handle both inbound calls from customers seeking assistance and outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales.
3. Product or Service Knowledge:
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively address customer inquiries.
4. Problem Resolution:
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Follow Communication Scripts:
- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines provided by the call center to maintain consistency in customer interactions.
6. Multitasking:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing calls, navigating computer systems, and addressing customer needs.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of customer interactions, adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.

Education:
Graduate in any field.
