Ascendum Kps Private limited is hiring for the role of Telecom Executive!

Job Description:
• Maintaining the required login hours.
• Receiving inbound calls/Chat/invoices of customers or do out calls, as per the campaign specific SLA.
• Documenting all calls with regards to the customer’s query accurately in respective software.
• Relevant knowledge of product and processes.
• Provide quality customer service on every call.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions on call.
• To appear for refresher training.
• To take every feedback from team coach/team leaders and Quality team in a positive manner for purposes of improving customer skills.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10th Pass, Basic Communication Skills.
• Minimum Age- 18 Years Completed.
• Should have basic communication skills.
