As a telecaller at Digiperform, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with potential customers by providing them with accurate information about our courses and services.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our courses and services.
• Handle inbound calls from potential customers and answer their queries.
• Maintain customer data in our database and keep it up to date.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and conversions.
• Follow up on leads and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to customers who have shown interest in our courses and services.

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in telecalling and sales.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to persuade and a friendly personality.
• Previous experience in education management would be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills such as MS Excel
