About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on handling outgoing and incoming calls in English

2. Understand and learn about the products

3. Answer questions about products or the company

4. Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone

5. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

6. Take follow-ups to generate repeat sales

7. Enter and update customer leads information in Zoho CRM

8. Take and process orders, and coordinate with operations

+. Achieve and grow with sales targets

10. Communicate professionally over email and WhatsApp
