Following up Telecallers follow up with customers to provide new products or services. Adhering to guidelines Telecallers adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while telecalling. Generating sales Telecallers generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients. Routing opportunities Telecallers route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
