Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Hyderabad and Vijayawada
Budget: ₹10,000 per month (each)
Reporting to: Branch Manager (Hyderabad/Vijayawada)
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire two dedicated Telecallers, one for our Hyderabad branch and one for our Vijayawada branch. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to work on bulk data and college data to generate leads. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Handling:
• Work on bulk data and college data to identify potential leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the company database.
Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided data.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Generate interest and set up meetings or calls for further discussions.
Communication:
• Clearly and effectively communicate the company’s services and offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with potential leads to keep them engaged and interested.
Reporting:
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the respective Branch Manager.
• Provide insights and feedback on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
