Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Caller at Neelgund Developers LLP in Hyderabad. As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about our real estate services. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and schedule appointments for site visits. Additionally, you will maintain records of calls and update the customer database.

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate information and explain real estate services
• Good listening skills and ability to address customer queries
• Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry
