Position: Tele Caller Executive
Domestic Voice Process
Location: Pune, India
Type: Full-Time/Executive
Experience Required:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or call center environments.
Proven experience in customer communication and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to effectively sell our software products and services, and provide clear explanations of our offerings.
Handle inbound inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our offerings.
Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a degree from a recognized institution.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
