Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in generating leads for our Digital Marketing and Web Development Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and basic computer knowledge to manage lead data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce our Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
Explain the benefits of our services and how they can help businesses grow online.
Identify interested prospects and qualify them as leads for the sales team.
Customer Interaction:
Build a positive rapport with potential clients.
Address basic queries related to the services.
Share promotional offers or service details as per the company guidelines.
Database Management:
Maintain an updated and accurate database of potential leads.
Record call details, feedback, and lead status in CRM software or spreadsheets.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture leads and increase conversion opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th grade or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in the local language (knowledge of English is a plus).
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage.
Personality Traits:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proactive and self-motivated.
