Tele Caller Executive

Exp: 1-2 years; Interaction with clients, giving them product knowledge in detail.

Handling customer's queries, providing proper solutions to their problems.
Interacting with maximum clients, fixing appointments of interested clients in order to acquire maximum sale target.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Telephone operator should explain the customers - based on product offers/benefits
