Tele-Caller

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and explaining our services and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

• Explain company services, products, and offers to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding interior design and furniture solutions.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.

• Follow up with clients through calls, emails, or messages to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales and design teams.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months to 5 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role (experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• A customer-focused and results-driven approach.
