Job Title: Solar Project Technician

Location: LR Energy, Rajasthan

Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair solar panels and associated equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs promptly to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Assist in the commissioning of new solar projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize system performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on solar installations.
• Document all maintenance activities and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements
• Diploma or certification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technician in the solar energy industry.
• Familiarity with solar panel installation techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
