Trigyn has a permanent opportunity for a Technical Writer. This resource will be working at our development offices over PAN India.
Job Responsibilities:
· Compose complex technical documents including vision and requirement documents, standard
operating procedures, user guides, process documentation, workflows, and special reports by
interviewing content sources;
· Develop executive-level reports/briefings from strategy papers and analytical reports. Synthesize key
messages out of reports to convey information as required.
· Prepares standardization requests in specified formats for ICT equipment and services
· Prepares RFP for specialized software and applications;
· Prepares response to various queries that require technical explanation;
· Prepares cost-benefit analysis and other implications when it comes to implementation of new
technology
· Keep abreast of new developments in technology, both in the industry and in the client;
· Collaborate with product and content experts to produce technical documentation;
· Collaborate with product and content experts to produce user documentation, including User Guides,
Quick Guides, Job Aids, etc.
Required Skills:
· A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical writing such as preparation of RFP’s, Technical
instruction manuals, Standard Operating Procedures etc.;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Knowledge of various industry standards used in the field of communications· and information
technology;
· Ability to write generic specifications on ICT equipment and services;
· Ability to convince others on the technical and financial benefits of using any products.
