Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement effective systems tailored to the company’s objectives.
2.Execute comprehensive testing on systems to guarantee reliability and performance prior to launch.
3.Assess data to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities within infrastructure.
4.Analyze and enhance systems and internal processes for greater operational efficiency.
5.Establish and uphold policies throughout the software development lifecycle.
6.Implement quality assurance measures to refine systems and software offerings.
7.Detect and document performance discrepancies in systems, making necessary adjustments.
8.Carry out preventive maintenance on computer systems to reduce potential downtime.
9.Work collaboratively with teams to ensure IT strategies align with organizational goals.
10.Offer technical support and training to users to maximize their engagement with IT systems.
Requirements:
1.College diploma or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 3 years in IT support or analysis related work experience.
3.Proficiency in computer programming related knowledge or skills.
4.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5.Strong ability to collaborate with team members.
6.Passion for IT and a keen interest in the IT industry.
