Builder Preferred Candidate Profile:
Should have at least 5+ Years of experience as Tech Lead PowerBuilder. Independently identifies problem / bug and isolates and identifies product problems. Independently research and resolve technical problems including mission critical support requests. Provides customer and support feedback to product development related to product features and supportability. Resolves escalated technical issues and manage customer concerns as necessary. May participate in group projects and provide solutions for internal process issues. Documents customer software problems and general problem resolution information. Good communication and team working skills.
