We are looking for an experienced Developer Lead with strong expertise in full-stack web development, team leadership, and scalable product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PHP frameworks, modern JavaScript technologies, database architecture, cloud deployment, and should be capable of leading a team of developers while driving technical excellence across projects.

Candidates must have prior agency experience, should be comfortable handling multiple client communications, and must have experience managing a team of 5–10 developers/team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and best development practices.
• Handle multiple client projects and communicate directly with clients for requirement gathering, updates, technical discussions, and delivery timelines.
• Manage and guide a team of 5–10 developers/team members effectively.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
• Build and optimize modern frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript.
• Develop and manage robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and PHP.
• Architect and optimize databases including SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Oversee server deployment, hosting, and maintenance on DigitalOcean or similar cloud platforms.
• Manage source code and workflows using Git and modern version control practices.
• Deploy and maintain frontend applications on Vercel or similar platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and enforce security best practices.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own technical documentation, architecture decisions, and project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and team productivity.
