Key Responsibilities
• Develop products and solutions which can scale to hundreds of thousands of users and more.
• Work with stakeholders and management to plan out technical implementations and architecture of the solutions.
• Setup telemetry, analytics and production monitoring for the solutions.
• Launch new products to market setting up complete product and feature life cycle with your team.
• You will get autonomy on how to drive solution and work with teammates who have launched and managed business critical solutions.
• Lead and manage technical team members and help them improve their skills and abilities.
• Review the code, analyze bottlenecks and solve problem while delivering maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Be language and platform agnostic.
• Should have experience working closely with frontend teams and open to make changes themselves too when required.
• Should have experience working on platform architecture, microservices and system design.

Must Have
• Detailed experience with backend technologies and frameworks ASP. NET or Spring Boot or Nest JS / Express or FastAPI / Django
• In depth experience working in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience managing team of developers for minimum 1 year and comfortable in agile methodology.
• Knowledge about frontend stacks like React / Angular / Electron / Flutter / Android / iOS is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability along with a troubleshooting attitude in building scalable and secure web applications.
• Proven record of managing applications in production with benchmarking and telemetry.
• Ability to write technical documentation + diagram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.

Additional Points (good To Have)
• Deployment experience CI/CD Kubernetes, Azure, AWS.
• AI engineering projects knowledge.
• Product-based or startup organization working experience.
