What You’ll Be Doing...
As a lead in the UX mobile development team, you will be building UX features and value added services for the Verizon Home app. These are enriched with the complete SDLC process, while working with various stakeholders like business PoCs, Device Technology engineers, Maintenance Engineer quality engineers and Solution Architects.
• Working with a team of engineers, partners like QA, SME and Architect for Home app deliverables.
• Investigating customer problems referred by the technical support team.
• Improving the overall delivery excellence by working through project dynamics.
• Architect and build applications for Apple products
• Ensure the performance and quality of the application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design the app
• Responsible to review and maintain code quality, build automation, building prototypes and proofs of concepts
• Follow Agile process for software development and maintain app store release cadence
• Follow customer reviews and feedbacks to come up with improvements for user experience

You stay focused and enjoy the challenge that comes with this role and are able to manage work effectively in a dynamic, complex and deadline-oriented environment.
You'll Need To Have
• Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of work experience.
• Expertise in Swift programming
• UI and UX design experience for all Apple products interfaces like mobile, iPad , watches.
• Proficiency with multi-platform programming.
• Experience with iOS frameworks like AR, Audio/Video, etc.
• Familiar with Apple's design principles, interface guidelines and accessibility.
• Proficiency with automation testing framework like XCTest and performance tuning.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Knowledge of Matter, Gen AI, ChatBots
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams.
• Any experience in building router apps
• Experience in AI programming tools like Copilot
• Knowledge on Home domain with key areas like Smart Home, Digital security and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
