Team Lead Treasury Front Office

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job) • Initiating and Managing relationship with Banks, Corporate Treasuries, PFs, Insurance for their lending/ investment into LTFS • Preparation of loan proposals, providing company information and MIS deck for loan proposals. Addressing queries of lenders/ investors related to Credit appraisal • Preparing presentations to be given to Senior management • Contribution in overall Treasury strategy for efficient borrowing and pricing/ cashflow discussions • Bringing in market intelligence related to various aspects of NBFC treasuries • Interaction with Business, Risk, Secretarial, Accounts and other relevant teams wherever required • Being part of specific departmental and cross-functional projects as and when required • Tracking, monitoring various regulatory changes and preparing analysis for senior management regarding their impact on our businesses Educational Qualifications and Experience • Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) having experience of being part of at least Rs 10,000 Crs treasury size or debt • syndication, preferably NBFC, Bank – Debt Syndication team. • 10-15 Years of experience in managing relationship with Banks, Corporate treasuries, PFs, Insurance • Good understanding of NBFC industry and banking • Good analytical skills • Good understanding of market products and have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Good understanding of regulatory environment Personal qualities • Team player • Strong communication skills • Strong Negotiation skills and persuasion skills • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
