About the job:
We are looking for passionate Early Years Teachers to create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experiences for young children, while fostering strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver weekly lesson plans aligned with child development milestones

- Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

- Observe and document childrens growth and progress

- Facilitate structured and free play activities for holistic development

- Support children with care routines (feeding, diapering, napping, hygiene)

- Communicate regularly with parents and conduct quarterly PTMs

- Maintain records: attendance, daily care logs, lesson plans, allergy charts

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

- 12 years of experience in early childhood teaching (preferred)

- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills

- Passion for early years education and ability to work collaboratively
