Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Kottayam. Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to, preparing and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning experience for students, as well as collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure that student needs are being met.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification or credentials, or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning environment.
• The ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and student needs.
• Experience with classroom management and discipline, and the ability to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners.
• A passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
