Structural Design Engineer - Tunnel or underground metro or Structural Design-Depot

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing structural components and systems for various projects, ensuring they meet safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed calculations to ensure designs adhere to safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and ETABS to create and validate structural models.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports for construction and client presentations.
• Perform material selection and assess cost efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, structural mechanics, and engineering codes (e.g., AISC, ACI, Eurocode).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
