Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Management Information Systems (MIS).
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems: This includes system development and upgrades, application interfaces, data entry, reporting, and data archiving.
• Provide technical support to end users; train users on the effective use of MIS systems.
• Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to ensure successful achievement of all systems objectives.
• Evaluate and test new software upgrades and implement according to project plan.
• Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet users' needs.
• Provide technical advice and support to end users.
• Manage and coordinate MIS team members.
• Lead and monitor MIS projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as using Advanced Excel for data analysis.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in MIS or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and its applications in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
