Supply Chain Talent Manager

As a Warehouse Human Resource Business Partner at Swiggy, your primary focus will be on managing our warehouse workforce. This includes monitoring attendance, handling leaves and overtime, and collaborating with various manpower agencies to ensure we have the right people in place.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to manage warehouse manpower, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source high-quality candidates and ensure timely onboarding.
• Work closely with HR to develop and execute retention strategies, aiming for a +0% retention rate within the first month.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
