Full Job Description
Student care executive works in confidential settings with individuals who are experiencing personal difficulties, to help them overcome their problems and to make appropriate changes to their lives. Effective counseling skills are vital in this role, and student counselors should be able to confidently provide advice and guidance while creating a space where students can express themselves honestly. They should have an understanding of the different needs of students at every stage of development. The role requires high levels of patience and compassion.

Job Description

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
Evaluate students’ attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.
Develop and implement counseling strategies with contemporary methods of mentoring.
Identify behavioral problems and act appropriately to remedy the situation.
Pay attention to societal and cultural differences in all student matters.
Assess the development of students and highlight the sense of accomplishment.
Complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.

Minimum graduation required.
Minimum 1yr of experience required.
