EXPERIENCE: 10+ years with min. 1+ year at a similar position with a NBFC.

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / MBA

PRODUCT: Good exposure to LAP Business

SALARY: INR 18 - 24 Lpa

Our client is registered with RBI as a Non Deposit taking Systemically Important Non-Banking Finance Company having external rating A Stable from CARE. They offer a wide bouquet of loan products i.e. SME Financing , Loan against Property Unsecured Business Loan, Personal Loan, Receivable Financing, Medical Equipment Finance and IPO finance etc. to meet the growing credit requirements.

We are looking for a professional who is hands-on with the Rajasthan LAP Business Market and has the credentials to kick-start business for the company from scratch setting up and building the team and achieving the overall Business Goals.

Job Description:

- Spearhead the Rajasthan Market initiating from scratch; setting up and building the team strength to drive market presence.

- Set Targets and work on target achievement goals both on a personal level and for the Team.

- Drive Business through lead generation from Open Market.

- Set-up and monitor Branch and set targets for them

- Develop and manage Branch Network in the Region independently.

- Analyse & formulate sales plans & strategies and achieve them with a well-developed team of Relationship Managers, Sales Managers.

- Oversee Operations, Compliance and Implement procedures & impart training to prevent fraud.

- Deep understanding of the competitor Bank Products, Services property, loans, business plans & channel partners. Thorough knowledge of relevant markets with the objective to grasp changing trends with suitable solutions that can be presented to the end customer
