Staff Software Engineer - Large Scale Agentic AI - HealthTech

Job description
I am working with a hypergrowth HealthTech building an advanced Agentic AI platform, the role will be perfect for someone with deep expertise in architecting, designing, and deploying agentic AI systems. You will have experience within a hyper-growth start up and be excited about that culture.
• Proven expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing agentic AI systems.
• Strong background in building and scaling agentic systems.
• Practical experience with at least one agentic framework and knowledge of others.
• Hands-on experience leveraging advanced LLMs, fine-tuning them, and integrating them into production-grade software for real-world users.
• Demonstrated success in dynamic startup settings and working with distributed global teams.
• Proficiency in React and either Python or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of ML, AI, and LLMs.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React, typescript

Backend: Node/Express

Databases: SQL and NoSQL DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)

AI: Expertise in Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and LLM evaluations
