BMSS, LLC is looking for a client-focused individual who values cultivating relationships to join our team. BMSS was established in Birmingham in 1++1 and has grown to become a top 100 advisory and CPA firm in the U.S. We have four locations in Alabama (Hoover, Downtown Birmingham, Gadsden, Huntsville) as well as one in Mississippi (Ridgeland). We would prefer this candidate to be located near the Ridgeland, MS office.

Our services include tax planning, compliance and assurance, merger, and acquisition, advisory, wealth management, accounting services, payroll, and IT Support. BMSS strives to give all clients "peace of mind" and believes in exceptional client experience.

What you will be doing:

BMSS operates under a "One Firm" concept. This means you will work alongside numerous Client Managers and Members to gain experience in not only Tax and Audit but also different industries.

Skills needed to be successful:
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college/university.
• CPA is not required but the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to obtain their certification
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills under tight deadlines
• Passion for exception client service and lifelong learning strongly desired
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
