Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter (C2H & Permanent Hiring)

Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Experience Required- 2-5 Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) or permanent IT hiring to join our growing team. As a key member of our IT consultancy, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and source top-tier IT talent for a range of technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts for C2H/permanent IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various IT disciplines.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Negotiate terms and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
