• Successful candidates require 2+ years of spray painting on exterior surfaces such as vinyl, brick, stucco and aluminum.
• Flexible with working longer hours, not afraid of heights, lift/ carry and working on ladders.
• Hold a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for transportation.

We are looking for:
• Review production check list
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Daily tasks distribution
• Supervise, support and train production team
• Manage production deadlines
• Tool and equipment maintenance
• Daily trailer inventory
• Job-site quality control
• Manage final payment
• Support production when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years in painting & spray application
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent & self-motivated
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team - time management & communication skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:
• Overtime pay

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
• 2+ years of commercial painting (required)

Language:
• English (required)

Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence (required)
