Looking for Technical Writer to work with one of our product based US client in Mumbai.

Experience : 0-2 Yrs
Fresh graduates with knowledge of cloud computing and its functionality are also welcome to apply. Internship experience as a technical writer would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
· Actively gather information from engineers, QA representatives, and product managers to write documentation for Client’s software with the objective of making the life of the customer easier.
· Writing documents such as the software user guides, reference manuals, and release notes
· Investigate the functions that they are assigned and understand them to fully document them. For example, the writer should select all menu items, try all buttons, and enter data in all fields before documenting the features and functionality of the software.
· Apply the layout guidelines and templates and organize the document in an intuitive and consistent fashion.
· Use file control system tools for maintaining versions of the documents, desktop publishing tools for writing the documents, and take snapshots of the software applications for illustrating the explanations.
Skills and Requirements:
· BA in the languages or BS in computer sciences.
· Good to have software technical writing experience.
· Strong writing and desktop publishing skills, as well as excellent communication skills
· Proven ability to provide written output that is accurate, concise, free of grammatical errors, and follows a logical progression
· Strong teamwork skills, investigative skills, a self-starter, and a proven record of completing projects on time
