Job Summary
We are seeking three passionate and dedicated Social Science Teachers to join our educational team, focusing on different grade levels. Each teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that foster a deep understanding of social science topics, including history, geography, civics, and economics. Ideal candidates will create stimulating learning environments, promote critical thinking, and encourage student engagement at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
For Grades 3-5 (1 Vacancy):
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging social science lessons tailored to young learners.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student development and learning.
• Use age-appropriate methods to simplify social science concepts.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
For Grades 6-8 (1 Vacancy)
• Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons in history, geography, and political science.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies to enhance critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Assign homework and evaluate student progress.
• Foster discussions and encourage exploration of different viewpoints.
For Grades +-10 (1 Vacancy)
• Plan and deliver in-depth lessons in history, economics, political science, and sociology.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and examinations.
• Encourage classroom discussions on current events and social issues.
• Prepare students for board exams and ensure academic requirements are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is compulsory for all positions.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant teaching experience at the respective grade levels.
• Bachelors degree in Social Science or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant teaching experience at the respective grade levels.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching practices and a passion for social science education.
