We are currently looking for a Web & Social Media Executive to support website activities, social media, client communication, and basic administrative tasks.

Job Role : Social Media & Graphic Design Executive

Key Responsibilities

handle graphic designing for client project.
Create and manage social media posts across platforms
Design graphics using AI-based design tools
Coordinate with Australian client on a daily basis to understand requirements
Handle email communication professionally
Manage WhatsApp inquiries, respond to messages, and coordinate internally
Schedule meetings and follow up with client's inquiries about their business.
Communicate verbally with customers to address queries and book meetings
Perform basic administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience

max 02 years of experience in:
Social media management
Client communication & customer handling
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong social media and content coordination skills
Basic understanding of website workflows
Comfortable working with international (Australian) clients
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Employment Details

Job Location: Ambawadi, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Commitment: 1-year mandatory employment commitment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
