Responsibilities :

To deliver on a stipulated daily quota of articles while maintaining a balance with high quality of writing.
To deliver well-researched and factually accurate content that will grasp the attention of the readers.
To work in harmony with the Content Team, Managerial Team and Editorial Team to uphold the efficiency, quality and standards at EssentiallySports.
You’ll be a good fit if :

You have a good grasp of the fundamentals of the English language and are well-versed with American culture.
You have content ideation experience or exposure and can also pitch ideas and angles regarding our coverage.
You want to establish yourself as a sports entertainment writer on a platform that attracts 1+ million views on a daily basis.

Requirements :

Applicants must have a good grasp of the English language and be able to write articles devoid of grammatical and syntax issues.
Knowledge of the past and current happenings in the world of soccer and its major American stars
Prior experience (6-12 months minimum) of content writing - sports-based or otherwise
Prior experience of working with WordPress or a similar CMS would be a plus
