Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target key industries, and define clear sales targets and performance metrics.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and business development representatives. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Revenue Generation and Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding business within existing accounts. Achieve and exceed established sales targets and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and position Diamond Infotech’s solutions as valuable strategic assets.
• Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine efficient and effective sales processes, leveraging CRM and other sales enablement tools to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Identify emerging opportunities and threats, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall company strategy and capabilities. Provide valuable market feedback to inform product and service development.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to executive leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead and oversee the negotiation and closing of complex enterprise deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Representation: Represent Diamond infotech at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the IT solutions and services industry, with a strong focus on selling to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of a wide range of IT solutions and services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and other sales enablement tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
Salary: 10lpa-15lpa. However for good candidate salary is not a constraint. Candidate must be from our industry with relevant experience.
