SMM Strategist

Develop and implement social media strategy in alignment with the goals of company’s content marketing, brand identity, and company culture programs in order to drive brand awareness and affinity Assist across strategy, performance, growth and execution of posts, stories, copy on each campaign Identify compelling, emotive storytelling initiatives including short and long-form videos, reels, stories, posts, influencer campaigns, co-branded campaigns, and other content Position the company as the thought leader and create new and innovative ways to engage social audiences Identify and lead the company into new areas of digital engagement beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience identification and strategy Establish consistency of brand communication across platforms, influencers, and member community Conceptualize design strategy and have a basic understanding of designing creatives Come up with weekly, monthly and quarterly calendars Defining the brand's tone of voice and expressing it creatively through different channels. and write engaging copy for Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc Translate marketing strategies into creative narration, to ensure that content meets brand and business objectives. Able to change customer perceptions and behavior with compelling concepts and copywriting Requirements Qualifications/Skills: • Are creative and innovative and have the passion for good content • 1+ years of work experience in handling social media • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it • Must understand the best practices of prominent digital and social media channels • Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement and lead Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: • Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • Social media marketing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
