Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Operation Manager at Kaanta Foods Private Limited in Jaipur. The Site Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the site, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Operations Management and Leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or related field.
Requirements:-
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage kitchen and services staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily catering operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Coordination: Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure seamless collaboration among all departments.
Salary: 40k to 45k/- Per Month (In hand)
