Mission purpose :

Development of a signage strategy

Mission description: As part of a project to restore a UNESCO-listed historic district, Avesta has been tasked with the development of an urban signage strategy. In this context, we are seeking a signage expert to support the team primarily with the following tasks:
• Developing location plans for signage
• Creating variations of designs for different signs
• Designing signage templates and developing their content Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of signage and signage design
• Good understanding of urban issues and proficiency in reading masterplans
• Precision and responsiveness in work
• Teamwork

Desired Profile:
• Master’s degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in Space Design and/or Graphic Design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ideally, experience and interest in cultural projects and/or exhibition design
• Open-mindedness and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Team spirit, diplomacy, and professional presentation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Fluent in oral and written English is mandatory
• Excellent proficiency in technical drawing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
