Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Server for our Glendale location. They must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience for guests, which distinguishes our restaurants as being the unquestionable first choice.

Pay: $16.50 /hour + Tips+ Estimated $20 - $27/hour

Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating customers
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Bringing food and beverage orders out to each diner
Making menu item recommendations
Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management when necessary
Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
Collect payments from tables
Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for dedicated events

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Restaurant experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain an ABC-RBS certification
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
