Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential.
