Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash or credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Skills

Strong knowledge of food service operations and hospitality principles.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
Familiarity with food safety regulations within the food industry.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping guests feel valued.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in food preparation is a plus but not required.
