Job Title: SEO Specialist – Result-Oriented (Night Shift) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Shift: Night Shift (USA Market Focus)

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will take full ownership of SEO initiatives using SEMrush and other tools to drive organic growth for two e-commerce websites targeting the USA market. Beyond technical expertise, we need someone who thrives on achieving KPIs like increased organic traffic, improved keyword rankings, and higher conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize SEMrush for keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to craft and execute high-impact SEO strategies.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content structure, etc.) and improve website architecture to enhance rankings and user experience.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns to strengthen the website’s authority.
• Track and report on KPIs such as organic traffic growth, bounce rate improvement, and keyword ranking progress.
• Coordinate with the content and social media teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about search algorithm updates and SEO trends, adapting strategies proactively.

Requirements:
• Results-focused mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Proficiency in SEMrush and Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Experience with technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices.
• Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of SEO ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,733.04 - ₹41,458.+2 per month

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• SEO: 4 years (Preferred)
• PPC Campaign Management: 3 years (Preferred)
